2020 was by far, an incredible year for me.

There was a lot of external chaos + turmoil

with humanity, politics, and the economy,

and interestingly enough, I hear + witness

story after story of people's lives + businesses rising,

and even having their greatest year to date.

This isn't by chance. This is by choice.

I certainly didn't have a challenge-free year.

Nor did those countless other people.

And yes...countless. I can't even tell you how

many people I know that have had

record-breaking years. Not just financially either.

Across the board from romance to riches.

Many of which, have faced disastrous situations,

trauma, and loss.

That still didn't ruin them. Or their outlook. Attitude is everything.

I am SO excited to intentionally steer this next year; to guide + flow in alignement to even greater heights + new adventures! And Honored to Support others in their own desires!

I have found so much liberation in letting go this past year.

🌸Letting go of the need to control everything

🌸Letting go of the need to know everything; every next step. The truth is, the next step always unveils itself to me DURING my work in the current step I'm in.

🌸Letting go of the need to be friends with everyone along my journey.

We meet many people along the ascension journey.

Not everyone you will agree with, even when

you care about them as a person.

Not everyone will become a friend.

Not everyone will be happy with the way you do things.

Be OK with that.

It's not your responsibility to

make friends with everyone

or even keep them 'happy'.

In my short 45 years here,

I have found that many people love

you bunches when you still struggle,

and the moment you step into your power

or even disagree with them, that 'love' is fleeting.

In order to RISE, to be impactful,

you must Let Go of the need to

Impress others or even be loved by them.

You'll find that many people are

simply a tit-for-tat person.

🌸I've also Let Go of the HOW.

I don't even care a majority of the time

HOW things come to pass anymore;

and if I do, I usually check

myself + quickly let it go.

When I want something to come to pass,

to come into fruition, I focus all my desires +

effort on Directing WHAT is coming into fruition;

WHAT I'm nurturing. WHERE I'm steering.

One of my GREATEST FLAWS is Not Asking For Help.

Somehow, because I have

'done it all' for so many years

because I did what I felt I needed

to do to get things done, I became this

incredibly, indestructible Woman.

And in that process...

I wound up neglecting myself,

not able to soar as high as I am

meant to soar. Because we are carrying

all this excess weight. From others.

From tasks that can be deligated.

Because we don't NEED to do it all.

We don't HAVE TO do it all by ourselves.

This Lesson is one of the hardest lessons to learn

for strong people;

for independent women;

for survivors, overcomers,

high achievers.

For Leaders.

In 2020 I began to hire help.

Help here, help there.

The kind of help outside

of just mentorships.

The kind of help that builds your tribe.

The kind of help that cultivates a team

of SUPPORT.

Support to achieve the things I desire.

Scary at first,

this process has become

really exciting for me.

I Love the results!

By giving the reins to someone else,

I free my hands to hold more;

to hold something else.

Help/Support, is

a bridge.

It's a vehicle to

getting to the other side.

To moving forward.

To Growth.

In every aspect.

I've long since let go of

New Year's Resolutions.

Psychologically, they're set up

to fail.

For years now,

I had adopted the idea of choosing a word

every year that I wanted to focus on,

and the words tended to shift into

meaning that was my Lesson

to learn that year.

I recently have adopted

something I feel is far more powerful

from a mentor + that is

Defining the Context

from which I seek to

Live By.

With much thought,

I realize the Context I seek

is the same it has been from

the start, and that is

one of living A Cultivated Life.

This embodies the Freedom,

The Abundance,

The Balance,

The Joy.

Every Year I'm curating

what I want in my life

and Cultivating the seeds

to Manifest those Desires

into Reality.

This context determines

every choice I make.

That they align with

that context I CHOOSE

to live by. To live As.

Remember, you don't need a January 1st

to make the changes you seek.

To choose a different direction.

You just need to

DECIDE.

The etymology of decide

means to eliminate

ANY OTHER OUTCOME.

When we're not intentional with our behavior,

Life passes you by.

It's impossible to wind up

Where you want to be,

to Be Who you want to Be,

If you don't start Steering.
