5. Anxiety/Panicky Nerves- Anxiety starts below the surface long before you are made aware of its presence. Most people are operating on this level with subconscious worry like not enough food in the fridge to make the kids' lunches tomorrow. Or remembering get cash to pay the lawn guy. This may seem trivial to you; however, each of the "quiet" stressors stack upon each other allowing Anxiety Disorders to sneak up on you and predispose you to escalating Mental + Physical Health issues.⁣
